Did you choose the wrong size toilet seat shape? It happens to the best of us. :) Please fill out the exchange form and we can send you the correct shape toilet seat.

Cat Throne Returns

If the toilet seat is unused you can return your Cat Throne within 30 days of purchase for a refund. We can provide a shipping label foryour convenience, with the return shipping cost deducted from your refund plus a 10% restocking fee.

We can not accept used toilet seats.

Warranties

The Cat Throne seat and trays have a lifetime warranty. If anything should break, we will ship you out a new one right away.

Bemis Manufacturing offers a one-year warranty on their toilet seats against defects in material and workmanship. This warranty covers defects that occur during normal use and does not apply to damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper installation, or modification.
