Return Policy

We want you to be excited about starting this training adventure! But if you've changed your mind, you can return your unused Cat Throne system.

If the toilet seat is unused you can return your Cat Throne within 30 days of purchase for a refund. We can provide a shipping label for your convenience, with the return shipping cost deducted from your refund plus a 10% restocking fee. We cannot accept used toilet seats.

There is also a lifetime warranty on The Cat Throne and all of it's parts. If something breaks, please let us know and we will ship you a replacement part for free.
