Warranty & Returns

Lifetime warranty for your Bemis toilet seat and Cat Throne seat and trays. We will ship you a new product if anything should break.

If the toilet seat is unused you can return your Cat Throne within 30 days of purchase for a refund. We can provide a shipping label for your convenience, with the return shipping cost deducted from your refund. We cannot accept used toilet seats.
